Our motorized pulley production workshop is well-equipped with 22 CNC lathes and over 50 specialized machines, including planers, milling machines, boring machines, turning machines, and drilling machines. Additionally, we have 2 sets of load capacity test benches and 20 units of professional gear processing equipment (such as gear hobbing machines, gear rolling machines, and gear grinding machines), ensuring an annual production capacity of 15,000 units.

For conveyor rollers, we have 4 CNC drilling and tapping machines, 3 CNC lathes, 15 general lathes, 2 automatic punching machines, 8 closing machines, 2 laser welding machines, and 3 ordinary automatic welding machines. We also have corresponding boring machines and milling machines, with an annual output of 1.6 million units. Furthermore, we possess 2 laser cutting machines, 2 CNC bending machines, 1 hydraulic swing shearing machine, 1 bending machine, and a professional welding production team to ensure that the annual output value of conveying equipment reaches 130 million.
